❓1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No - guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders easily and access exclusive offers.

❓2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Discover, UnionPay, and more - securely processed via Shopify Payments (Stripe).

❓3. Do you ship to my location?
Yes - we currently ship across the United States. Standard and Express options are shown at checkout. Orders are fulfilled from our US-based operations via trusted logistics partners.

❓4. How long does shipping take?

  • Free Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

❓5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes - if it hasn’t been processed yet. Email us as soon as possible at support@qualitymrt.com with your order number. Once shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

❓6. How do I track my order?
After dispatch, we’ll email a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also track via our Order Tracking page.

Absolutely. Checkout is SSL-encrypted and processed by Stripe (PCI-compliant) through Shopify. We never store your payment details.
